I received a gift card/coupon/discount/promotion code. How do I apply it?

Applying a gift card/coupon/discount/promotion code is simple! At Checkout, simply type the gift card/coupon/discount/ code into the box. Then, click the orange button that says “Apply.” Coupon terms and conditions:

  1. Only one Code can be used per purchase.

  2. For one-time use only and are subject to additional requirements unless otherwise stated

  3. Minimum spend for free delivery is SGD59

No, gift codes are not stackable. Gift card/coupon/discount/promotion codes are for one-time use only and are subject to additional requirements unless otherwise stated.

Return and Replacement

How do I request a return or replacement?

Exchange/return of goods* is allowed on a case-to-case basis up to 7 days from the date order is received, provided the items are in the original condition.

  1. All items should be in original condition, unopened.

  2. To keep hygiene standards high, collars, beds, cages, and all other wearables are not eligible for exchanges and returns.

  3. A $10 delivery fee will be imposed on exchanges and returns due to a change of mind. Once the item(s) is returned back to our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of the item(s) and contact you to issue a refund within 5 working days.

  4. [CLEARANCE] items are not eligible for refund/exchange.

You can redeem yourPetico Points to get vouchers or merchandise! For example, 500 peticopoints can be redeemed for $5.

Will my Petico Points expire?

Yes, points will be expired after 1 year of inactivity. The point balance will be reset to 0

How to redeem voucher or merchandise with Petico Points?

You can use your Petico Points to redeem vouchers or merchandise at My Rewards.

  1. Login to your Petico account.

  2. Go to My Reward.

  3. Under the Redeem tab, choose your preferred voucher or merchandise and click Redeem.

  4. The redeemed voucher/merchandise will now appear in your Reward Wallet.

  5. When checking out, select and apply the voucher or merchandise in your cart.

  6. Continue to payment to complete your order.

✨ And that’s it!

  • If it’s a voucher/coupon – congrats, you’ve just used your reward voucher!

  • If it’s merchandise – purrfect, you’ve successfully redeemed your item and it will be shipped together with your order.

What is petico Wallet?

petico Wallet is a digital wallet that allows you to store and use store credits for purchases on petico. You can use your wallet balance to pay for orders, either partially or fully.

How do I activate my petico Wallet?

To activate your wallet, log in to your petico account and navigate to the Wallet section. Click the activate button and set your pin code.When setting your pincode you will be ask to enter your OTP which will be sent to your registered phone number.

How can I check my petico Wallet balance?

You can check your wallet balance anytime by logging into your account and going to the Wallet section in your profile.

How do I use my petico Wallet balance?

At checkout, you’ll see the option to apply your wallet balance. You can choose to use the full amount or a partial amount along with other payment methods. Once entered you will have to enter your wallet pin code  to apply the store credit.

Can I top up my petico Wallet?

No, the wallet balance is only issued by petico through refunds, promotions, or special campaigns.

What happens if I don’t use my wallet balance?

Store credits do not expire unless stated you may check your wallet account for clarification on any expiry dates. For refunds of store credits issued by Infinity Cosmic Pte Ltd for petico customers impacted by 25 Holding Pte Ltd the credits will expire on 30th April 2026.

Can I transfer my wallet balance to another account?

No, wallet credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

 

Can I withdraw my wallet balance as cash?

No, wallet credits cannot be converted to cash or refunded to a bank account.

 

What happens if my order is canceled or refunded?

If you paid using your petico Wallet, the refund amount will be credited back to your wallet.

 

How do I change my petico Wallet PIN?

If you want to change your wallet PIN, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Wallet section in your petico account.

  2. Click on "Change PIN".

  3. Enter your current PIN for verification.

  4. Enter your new PIN and confirm the change.

Your new PIN will be updated immediately for future transactions.

If you forgot your PIN, follow the forgot PIN steps instead.

What should I do if I forget my petico Wallet PIN?

If you forget your PIN, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Go to the Wallet section in your petico account.

  2. Click on "Change PIN".

  3. Click on "Forgot Pin" on the popup

  4. Set a new PIN,verify OTP code sent to your mobile and confirm the change.
