Delivery is timely, but would be better if the delivery person can place items in the riser and inform us, rather than leave the items lying outside the unit.

It can hold my puppy's pee twice before the need to change. (My puppy has a lot of pee). Still can smell the urine odour though. Will be trying out the charcoal version next time.
