I've tried both the charcoal and this. There's not much difference in terms of performance but I find it easier to detect urine on the white as the charcoal makes it a little hard to see the pee.

Prefer this to the charcoal one, simply because its white and you can see once there’s pee. IMO, not much difference in terms of absorption.
